At BitCoding, we are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis (4 hours per day – 5 days a week from 12 PM to 4 PM, Sunday to Thursday), with plans to transition onsite soon. This opportunity is available only for candidates residing in Syria (Damascus).

🔹 Who We Are Looking For:
We need a visual storyteller who has:

• At least 2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design.

• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.

• Experience creating animated content for social media, UI animations, explainer videos, and promotional videos.

• Good understanding of timing, transitions, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to develop engaging 2D/3D animations, transitions, and visual effects that align with our brand.

• Familiarity with Lottie animations, Rive, or similar tools is a big plus.

• Ability to take concepts from storyboards or briefs and turn them into compelling animations.

• Experience working with creative teams, marketers, and developers to deliver high-quality visuals on time.

• Knowledge of editing sound effects and background music to enhance animations is a bonus.

⏰ Working Hours:

From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Damascus Time) – Sunday to Thursday (4 hours/day, 5 days a week)

As part of our team, you will:

• Create and edit motion graphics for mobile apps, websites, and digital content.

• Produce promotional and product videos, animated icons, banners, and other visual materials.

• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to support app launches and campaigns.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visuals and animations.

• Ensure consistency with our visual identity and deliver polished, on-brand animations.

• Optimize files for cross-platform delivery and performance (web/mobile).
