At BitCoding, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team on a Full time, onsite basis (8 hours per day – 5 days a week , Sunday to Thursday ) to help us bring our brand and projects to life through visually stunning designs. This opportunity is available only for candidates residing in Syria (Damascus) .

Location: Al-Mahafzah Square – next to Joudat Al-Hashimi School – Al-Firdaws Street, Damascus

🔹 Who We Are Looking For:

We need a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer who has:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Proven expertise in creating brand identities , marketing materials , social media content , and other graphic assets.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma (for graphic design purposes only).
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Experience designing for both digital platforms (social media, websites, ads) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

As part of our team, you will:

• Create visually appealing designs for branding , marketing campaigns , social media , and digital platforms .
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all design materials.
• Design engaging social media posts , banners , ads , and email templates to support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for various projects.
• Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards as needed.
• Optimize designs for different platforms, including web and print.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Provide design feedback and iterate on drafts based on team and client input.
• Ensure all designs meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
