At BitCoding, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis (8 hours per day – 5 days a week, Sunday to Thursday) to help us grow our network of business partners across different industries. This opportunity is available only for candidates residing in Syria (Damascus).

🔹 Who We Are Looking For:
We need a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who has:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in tech, services, or marketing sectors).
A proven track record of building and maintaining B2B relationships with clients such as retailers, service providers, or professionals.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively pitch our apps and services.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse business owners and decision-makers.
A proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to overcome objections.
Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and partners.
Basic understanding of mobile applications, digital marketing, or SaaS is a plus.
🔹 As part of our team, you will:
Approach and meet potential business partners (e.g., store owners, doctors, service providers) to present our apps and services.
Explain product benefits, pricing plans, and onboarding process to drive subscriptions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and close deals effectively.
Work closely with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
Report progress, challenges, and market feedback to management.
Represent BitCoding professionally at all times to enhance the company’s reputation.
